Most recently, Hannah Frankl spearheaded Google for Startups’ Support for Founders with Disabilities and led the creation of Google’s first-ever official guidelines for disability-inclusive marketing. She also sits on the Next Gen Board of Lime Connect, a large nonprofit that aims to rebrand disability with achievement.
As a person with disabilities herself, Frankl saw the opportunity to bring disability into the conversation around diverse and underrepresented founders. Hannah’s initiative includes support for 2Gether-International, the only accelerator program for and by founders with disabilities, to empower their upcoming cohort of founders with the tools and support they need to thrive, with special attention to the unique needs of the disability community. Frankl has also trained hundreds of Googlers, startup founders and executives in disability-inclusion best practices.
Additionally, Frankl is currently on the Board of Birthright Excel and previously held a place on the finance board of the Jewish Federation of San Francisco Bay Area. She’s also an inclusion consultant at Google and a member of its disability marketing working group, and she previously volunteered with Minds Matter San Francisco.
