Christina Kay came into a situation where ResellerRatings had great martech tools, but they weren’t clean or used correctly (and so much more). From the beginning, she implemented strategies with HubSpot, InSycle, Zoom, Loom, ZoomInfo, Intercom and Salesforce. Kay took advantage of HubSpot’s power of automation by creating simple workflows for auto renewing clients to save time from the C-suite to Account Managers. She took time to dig into both Salesforce and HubSpot to find gaps, as well as a project on streamlining industries, with help from ZoomInfo to populate them as needed. She connected Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Intercom, etc. to create flows to help every team at ResellerRatings.
