CrowdStrike partnered with Purechannels to enhance engagement on its partner portal, The Grid, which was underperforming despite robust functionality. To address this, Purechannels integrated its Partner Communication Management platform, Komz, to create a new interactive “Comms Hub” and launched a gamified experience called The Adversary Game. This scavenger hunt used collectible adversary cards and targeted emails to drive partner interaction and content consumption.
