Grant Thornton LLP is one of America’s largest audit, tax and advisory firms. Recognizing that the LGBTQ+ community is challenged every day and needs allies now more than ever, the company created space for conversations that educated and empowered.

During June 2023 (Pride Month), Grant Thornton partnered with LPGA Tour Champion and Grant Thornton Ambassador, Mel Reid, to showcase a pride-themed yardage book inscribed with Mel’s chosen motto of “We See You” to promote her allyship of those in the LGBTQ+ community who are underrepresented. Reid took the Pride Month campaign on the road in June, using the Pride yardage book in the LPGA Tour events she played. The campaign also featured a video vignette highlighting her thoughts on allyship and role in advocating for those in the community who are not often seen or heard. The video was featured across social on Reid and Grant Thornton’s channels, along with, and Reid also launched a social media giveaway on her Instagram account gifting signed copies of the yardage books.

In total, the Pride Month activation drove 54,398 impressions and 22,328 video views. Grant Thornton engagements across platforms were more 1,200, with an average engagement rate of 1.82%. Instagram drove the largest number of video views and engagement, with 20,106 video views and nearly 18,260 impressions.
