Over the course of 2022, Stord grew significantly. Along with this growth came numerous announcements, including Series D funding, the launch of Stord One Commerce and Stord Parcel, a cold storage partnership with Fresh Del Monte, onboarding a variety of new customers, landing on both the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 and Inc. 5000 lists and much more. With all this exciting news, Stord knew that these announcements needed to be as exciting as the news itself.
The marketing team at Stord leaned into Stord’s untraditional personality to launch a series of announcement videos leaning heavily on pop culture and meme culture, leading to the growth of the company’s social media presence and engagement, along with numerous supply chain companies taking inspiration from the Stord brand to revamp their own marketing tactics.
The announcement videos generated 1,330 reactions, 61 comments and 92 shares.
