Trail: Sales Enablement Content

The Route:

To help educate its sales team, Qualified created “Always Be Enabling” (ABE), a series of sessions that provided weekly education for its sales team in a highly engaging and digestible way. Abraham Lincoln became the sessions’ mascot and the content developed from there to break down super tactical topics and “edutain” the entire company. ABE is a highly interactive and transparent internal program that strengthens Qualified’s entire sales org. The “ABE” company mascot has an entire villain storyline (Teddy Roosevelt) and an Instagram account dedicated to his fitness journey.

The Peak:

ABE has a nearly 100% attendance rate, excluding the executive leadership team. Qualified has produced 25 episodes and set up trackers in Gong to track how the sales team utilizes the information they learn in ABE sessions.
