The Syllabus:

Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience makes every customer interaction matter by connecting all business data across advertising, marketing, sales, commerce and service. The company’s User Forum program is a series of events designed exclusively for existing customers. The goal of these events is to provide an interactive, educational and informal discussion amongst Oracle CX users so they leave the event with actionable insights that can help them develop their future digital engagement strategies.

Lesson Plan:

In November 2021, Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience ran User Forums for three of its products:

  • Oracle Eloqua – Focused on Marketing audiences and designed around the theme of “Make Event Customer Interaction Matter.”
  • Oracle Responsys – Followed the same format as Eloqua, delving into how to capture micro-moments and align them to business objectives.
  • Oracle B2C Service – Focused on “your roadmap to digital first success,” which provided customers with tips and tricks on using Oracle B2C Service in their transition to a digital-first service strategy.

Report Card:

  • Engaged 536 customers with either live or on-demand content
  • Created 10 new short content videos featuring customer success stories and product feature highlights
  • 130+ on demand views of the full User Forum events
