The Syllabus:

Intelligent Demand’s primary focus as an agency is to help clients align their sales and marketing teams to deliver a consistent message and achieve measurable revenue growth. The pandemic forced most of this audience to move their call centers to a work-from-home model, arising security and operational concerns for these on-premise contact center platform users. Because of this new obstacle, these contact centers needed to move from their current on-premise solution to a cloud solution.

Lesson Plan:

Intelligent Demand collaborated with IntelePeer, a CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) solution, to create a campaign that aimed to educate existing clients about its CPaaS solution. Through the omnichannel media campaign, the SDR team used calls, voicemails, LinkedIn messaging, emails and direct mail to engage audiences. The campaign concept was called “Digitally Fluent,” to hook the audience and speak to them in their digital language. IntelePeer can now offer the benefits of the cloud, without forcing these businesses to rip and replace their current on-premise platform.
