Grundfos is committed to the development and innovation of pumping technology that pioneers solutions to the world’s water and climate challenges while improving the quality of life for people everywhere. The company wanted to enhance its presence in the Americas with a formal headquarters campus to increase sales conversions and retention. Grundfos partnered with The Mx Group to imagine and manifest an experiential, immersive installation throughout its Brookshire facility.
Starting in September 2020, the project stages included a discovery and strategy phase where the team gathered valuable insights and stories from Grundfos’ stakeholders. Then they cultivated a concise list of desired impacts to drive the right visitor touchpoints in the building. The insights influenced the messaging and content strategy that inspired the overall design and immersive elements.
The Brookshire campus experience opened its doors in May 2021. It is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for marketers to interact with and journey through a physical representation of a brand.
