Although Deb Wolf is currently the CMO at Lookout, she won the award during her time as Integrate’s CMO. At Integrate, she was responsible for overall marketing strategy and execution. With more than three decades of experience shaping marketing growth strategies and corporate direction, Wolf was instrumental in spearheading a psychologically safe marketing team culture at Integrate due to her belief that there’s nothing more important than creating a positive, resilient and trusting workplace.

In fact, Wolf has loyal marketing team members who had followed her from one company to another, including at least five female leaders and one male marketing leader who came to Integrate solely to work with Wolf again.
