Natalie Gullatt has helped expose many Black marketers to the world of B2B marketing since May 2017. She led the organization to partner with different companies and initiatives to help increase the diversity within the B2B marketing space.
Those partnerships include companies such as Zulily, Demandbase, DoorDash, GSK and The Home Depot, who increased the pipeline of their Black marketing talent with BMAA’s help. Through the help of BMAA, several Black marketers successfully continued or began their marketing careers. BMAA helps its marketers get more experience through its committees, certifications and networking. BMAA’s mission is to empower, elevate and educate Black marketers financially, mentally and emotionally through their marketing careers. Its mission is to improve the marketing industry by highlighting and supporting Black marketers’ careers as employees, freelancers and business owners.
Additionally, Gullatt is a Marketing Manager at HubSpot in the Customer & Partner Marketing Department. In her role as the Lighthouse Merchandising Marketing Manager, she develops and distributes customer stories, highlighting the growth of top customers. She makes top customers and brands famous by working closely with other marketing teams and customers directly and managing marketing programs that help prospects and customers grow better.
