Held in April 2024, the AI Summit brought together leaders from top firms like AECOM, Arup, and Stantec to discuss how AI and data are reshaping the AEC sector. The event was well received, marking a successful step in elevating BST Global’s brand as a visionary in the AEC space.

The company executed a comprehensive three-phase campaign to launch and promote its inaugural AI Summit for the AEC industry.

  • Pre-Event: A detailed registration site, targeted emails, social media promotion, and partner firm collaboration drove buzz and led to a sellout nearly a month early.
  • Live Event: Featuring an 86-foot LED screen, custom graphics, and full AV production, the event prioritized visual storytelling and attendee engagement through a dedicated mobile app.
  • Post-Event: BST Global launched a public content hub with on-demand videos, presentations, and speaker info, supported by ongoing promotion across digital channels.
