BUNDLED CONTENT

Women@Work 2024 marked ADP’s fourth annual brand-level event focused on workplace equality and once again proved successful in driving new marketing pipeline contacts. The event targeted C-level executives, HR leaders, and CSR professionals with an audience-centric approach built around education, community, and actionable insights.

ADP delivered a personalized, immersive experience by aligning content with attendee interests and workforce trends, while also fostering continued engagement through a virtual platform and curated content pathways. Key moments included powerful discussions from industry leaders like Giselle Mota and a keynote from entrepreneur Emma Grede on inclusive leadership. The campaign extended its impact beyond the live event through a robust multi-channel content strategy, including blog posts, session replays, social media, email nurturing, and internal platforms.

The program’s strength lay in its diverse voices and multi-touch strategy, which combined internal teams and external partners to create lasting value, position ADP as a thought leader in Human Capital Management and generate future learning and sales opportunities.

THE RESULTS

The packaged approach successfully engaged both external and internal audiences, driving strong performance across all key metrics—such as engagement rates, clicks, shares, and video views—thanks to a social-first strategy.

The campaign fostered meaningful, emotionally resonant conversations, with attendees expressing deep connection through personal interactions, including sharing social handles and mentoring advice. The event succeeded in creating an inclusive, empathetic space where participants felt truly seen and heard.
